Disaster Contingency Planning (DCP) resultsThe study of the provision of disaster contingency planning facilities for downsized computer applications was part of an Open University (OU) computing for commerce and industry (CCI) master of science (MSC) degree. This research, which was consisted of both an in depth questionnaire and follow up case studies based upon UK local authorities, produced a large number of interesting results.A selection of these results can be viewed by using the links below. However, the most important part of this one year OU research project within the computing for commerce and industry (CCI) programme, was the number of important lessons that could be learnt.
